I take great pride in introducing GREEN TOP CONTRACTING CO. LTD., a distinguished general contracting company that has been diligently serving the construction industry since its inception in 1977 in AlKhobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the Chairman of our esteemed organization, it is my privilege to lead the charge in developing and expanding upon our long-standing legacy of success.
Throughout our journey, we have gained invaluable expertise in the Construction and Management of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Projects. Our notable specialization lies in the construction of Power Substations and associated facilities. By leveraging our vast experience and profound industry knowledge, we have consistently delivered projects of the highest quality, exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.
At GTC, we firmly believe that our success is intricately tied to the exceptional talents within our organization. To ensure excellence in every endeavor, we have assembled a team of highly qualified and experienced Managers, Engineers, and skilled workforces. Together, we are committed to providing unparalleled civil-electro-mechanical-IT works and maintenance services, always placing utmost importance on understanding and fulfilling our customers' unique requirements.
Over the years, GTC has comprehensively addressed all aspects of the building section and systems. We undertake the entire spectrum of civil-electro-mechanical works, from the meticulous on-site development of master designs to their flawless execution. Moreover, our commitment extends beyond the completion of projects as we also offer comprehensive maintenance and facilitation services for facilities and industrial processes through leasing contracts.

As a CEO, I am proud of the work we do and how we go about doing it. Safety & Satisfaction
is the core of everything we do and remains our number one priority. Our Safety &
Satisfaction culture is deeply rooted in our overall business strategy and committed
to providing necessary resources, support and trainings toward ensuring each and every
employee returns home safely and satisfying the clients at the end of the day with the
extensive experience in the construction & Services fields bring a wealth of knowledge
to GTC focused on strategic business management, metrics, measures, and initiatives to
drive operational efficiencies.Our success would simply not be possible without
clients who expect, demand, and appreciate high quality results and call upon GTC when
they require the quality products in an efficient way. We also make this same commitment
to potential clients who may be considering engaging our services for the first time.
Further, things have changed quite a bit over the past 4 decades. What started as a
contracting company has now grown into an award-winning statewide organization. That
said, some things haven’t been changed. Nevertheless, the values of GTC instilled back
in 1977, remain with the Company today – to provide a product we can be proud of, giving
the customer a little more than they expected, all while keeping a focus on employee
satisfaction. Realizing a revolution in structures, and consequently a revolution
in construction solution, we gradually started implementing Trading and IT divisions
which has led to extraordinary results with wonderful relationship with our clients.
